South Island Salmon

Our Salmon is sourced from the swift cold currents of a snow fed alpine canal deep in the south island. This means they develop firmer flesh with less inter-muscular fat and more Omega 3 fatty acids than Atlantic salmon.

We only source salmon that is antibiotic and medication free, and ensure that our fish comes from pristine highly oxygenated water free of disease.

We have available both Salmon Heads and also salmon mince.

Unfortunately we no longer have salmon fillets or whole salmon.
